Description

MVCTC Junior Culinary Arts class was challenged to find and create gourmet cookies far from the usual chocolate chip or sugar cookie. The students worked in small groups and were given one day in which to bake off their individual recipes. The cookies ranged from chocolate fudge cookies stuffed with caramel to ravioli cookies stuffed with chocolate mints.
