The MVCTC winning team in the Wildlife Management Event consisted of Justin Bowers (Preble-Shawnee), Garrett Heasley (Wayne), and Chelsea Decker (Miamisburg).... Justin Bowers (Preble-Shawnee) also placed third in the individual contest at the state level.
