Description

The Cosmetology program complies with the Ohio State Board of Cosmetology recommendations and career standards suggested by the Ohio Department of Education. The Cosmetology program is a two-year program of classroom instruction that includes clinical experience. Students learn procedures and skills to earn their cosmetologist license. The duties of the cosmetologist are comprehensive and can be varied. The cosmetologist performs a wide range of tasks requiring interpersonal and technical skills and demonstrating creativity and artistic talents.
